Challenge

When Sunnybrook’s solution for bed management, housekeeping and transport operations was sunset a few years ago, the organization began the process to upgrade to a current version. One of the most significant changes was upgrading from using pagers and interactive voice response (IVR) systems to a mobile application.

Sunnybrook estimates that mobility is saving 40 hours per month in transport time.
